Job summary

Pioneer Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Works in Mumbai is seeking a Service Coordinator to support field operations, schedule engineers, collect DWRs, and liaise with vendors. You will prepare quotations and manage client breakdown calls.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in engineering or business admin, 2 years of service coordination experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of service management software is a plus.

• Coordinate daily activities with Service Engineers — scheduling, deployment & progress monitoring
• Collect and manage Daily Work Reports (DWR) from the field team
• Source critical spare parts and materials, liaising with vendors and the procurement team
• Prepare service quotations and cost estimates for clients
• Handle client breakdown calls — from first contact to job closure and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination or operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and act fast during breakdown/emergency situations
• Proficiency in MS Office; service management software is a plus
• Basic technical/engineering knowledge is an advantage
