Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a technically skilled author to manage medium and complex Service Bulletins (SB) for Airframe/System. The role requires coordinating with Airbus standards, RSE in KOM, and illustration teams to deliver precise SBs.

You will draft SBs using Epic Editor, update SB CAD files, interpret Airbus drawings, and ensure compliance with Simplified English. Onsite collaboration is essential for SB clarification and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience authoring medium and complex Service Bulletins (SB) for Airframe/System.
• Proven ability to work with STD Airbus SB (Meca and Elec).
• Proficiency in using Epic Editor for SB drafts.
• Ability to interpret Airbus engineering drawings and ensure compliance with Simplified English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source files and author medium/complex SBs for Airframe/System.
• Create/Update SB draft using Epic Editor.
• Interact with RSE in KOM for requirements and clarity.
• Cross-check SB CAD files and update as necessary.
• Coordinate with illustration team to launch illustrations.
• Engage with onsite focal during SB clarification and provide technical support.
• Conduct meetings to improve deliverables quality.

Job description

• Analyze the source files and perform the authoring for the medium and complex Service Bulletins (SB) for Airframe/System.
• Should have experience in managing the medium and complex authoring of STD Airbus SB (both Meca and Elec).
• Create/Update SB draft using the Epic Editor tool.
• Interact with RSE in KOM for complete understanding of the job.
• Cross check the configuration analysis provided by RSE/ update SB CAD file when necessary.
• Launch illustrations and coordinate with illustration team.
• Interact with onsite focal during SB clarification.
• Provide technical support for the team.
• Conduct the necessary meetings to improve the quality of the deliverables.
• Capable to interpretate Airbus engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of Simplified English.
• Should have knowledge of all check loops process.
