GTT Communications, Inc. is seeking a Service Assurance Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve network incidents across its global platform. You will work with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, high-performing services, including SD-WAN, security and SASE environments.

You will handle break/fix work, perform validations, and document actions while following established procedures. Remote working is supported with extended business hours to meet global needs.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in a Telco/Service Provider or similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
• Experience with SD-WAN, Security, and SASE technologies.
• Good understanding of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and EIGRP.
• Experience with Layer 2 technologies including VLANs, STP, and LACP.
• Knowledge of MPLS, L2VPN, and L3VPN services.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Service Assurance Engineer At GTT, our Service Assurance Team manages and maintains GTT's international network, delivering exceptional support to customers worldwide. As a Service Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents through resolution, and ensuring a stable, resilient, and high-performing network environment.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Essential 2+ years of experience in a Telco, Service Provider, or similar environment.

Nice to Have

• Cisco IOS and hardware experience.
• Juniper JUNOS experience.

Certifications

• Certifications such as CCNA, JNCNA, Fortinet FCA, or Palo Alto PCNSA/PCCSA.
• Experience in a NOC or Service Operations environment.
