• 2-10 years of experience in vehicle servicing or workshop operations.
• Strong knowledge of car parts, repairs, and pricing.
• Ability to assess estimates and flag discrepancies.
• Comfortable using systems/tools for data entry and approvals.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and process- driven.
• Technical knowledge of cars is mandatory.
• Knowledge related to spare parts of cars and their respective prices.
• Basic technical knowledge of engine, parts/components.
