Job summary

Raise Financial Services is seeking an SEO Specialist to own the entire SEO lifecycle for our fintech ecosystem. You will drive on-page, technical, and performance optimization, while collaborating with design and engineering to improve UI/UX and engagement.

Experience with AI-enabled search, ASO, and sophisticated analytics is highly valued. You will analyze keyword opportunities, perform regular audits, and report performance across GSC, GA4, and other tools.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end SEO strategies including on-page, technical and performance optimization.
• Perform regular technical audits to improve crawlability, indexing and ranking.
• Analyze website performance using Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with design/development to improve UI/UX and engagement metrics.
• Identify keyword gaps, topic opportunities and SERP trends for content strategy.
• Utilize Ahrefs/SEMrush/SimilarWeb/AppTweak for research, benchmarking and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Use market intelligence tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, AppTweak, etc.) for research, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity analysis.
• Optimize app listings through App Store Optimization (ASO) for Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• Track and report performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Play Console, and other SEO analytics tools.
• Optimize content and website structure for AI-powered search experiences, including AEO and GEO.
• Implement semantic SEO best practices, including E-E-A-T, entity optimization, structured data, and information architecture for AI-first search.
• Monitor and improve brand visibility across AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered discovery engines.
• Track AI visibility, citations, mentions, and referral opportunities alongside traditional SEO metrics.
• Develop AI-assisted SEO workflows using LLMs, automation tools, and prompt engineering to improve research, content production, technical audits, and reporting.
• Experiment with emerging AI search trends, tools, and search formats to identify new organic growth opportunities.
• Take full ownership of SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives—from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.

We're looking for an SEO Specialist who can drive organic growth across Raise's suite of products.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys owning the entire SEO lifecycle, from research and strategy to execution, analysis, and optimization.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including on-page, technical, and performance optimization.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO, preferably in a product or fintech company.
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO fundamentals.
• Strong grasp of Core Web Vitals, website performance optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Ghost, WordPress, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, and other SEO tools.
• Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
• Understanding of semantic SEO, E-E-A-T, entity optimization, structured data, and AI-first search optimization.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms to improve SEO workflows, including research, technical audits, reporting, and competitive analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently drive SEO initiatives.
• Interest in or understanding of the stock market, investing, or trading will be an added advantage.
