Job summary

Hexnode is seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team in India. You will develop and execute SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic, improve search rankings, and support pipeline growth for our B2B SaaS platform.

You will collaborate with content, product marketing, and development teams, manage technical audits, and optimize pages for both search engines and user experience. 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and rankings.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz.
• Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with content marketing and demand generation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website architecture, content, and landing pages for search engines and user experience.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
• Manage technical SEO audits and recommend fixes for crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
• Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
• Support international SEO efforts, including hreflang implementation and geo-targeting.
