Brandflare Business Solutions is seeking an SEO Specialist with 2–7 years of hands-on experience to drive organic search performance. The role involves planning and executing SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.

You will work with GA4, GSC, and leading SEO tools to monitor performance and deliver data-driven improvements, while staying current with search engine updates and industry trends.

Qualificações

• 2–7 years hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Proficiency with GA4, GSC, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs/SEMrush.

• Perform technical SEO audits, identify website issues, and coordinate fixes.
• Manage off-page SEO, quality backlink building, and link profile analysis.
• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Optimize website content according to the latest search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
• Prepare regular SEO reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search, and emerging SEO trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Experience with WordPress, website optimization, keyword mapping, and content SEO.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, indexing, crawling, and website architecture.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and demonstrate measurable SEO results.
• Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) will be an added advantage.
