Job summary

Sri Mandir in Bengaluru is seeking an SEO & Organic Growth Manager to scale our organic reach across website SEO, ASO and emerging AI search platforms. You will own end-to-end growth strategy, drive technical, content and programmatic SEO, and work with product and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years hands-on SEO experience in consumer internet, e-commerce or content-led businesses, and a proven track record of growing organic traffic, conversions and revenue.

• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, Programmatic SEO and On-page SEO.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic growth strategy across SEO and ASO.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy across Technical, Content, On-page, Off-page and Programmatic SEO.
• Identify and scale high-intent search opportunities across Puja, Chadhava, Temples, Deities, Festivals, Tithis, Mantras, Astrology and other spiritual categories.
• Own the SEO content strategy and content writer team, including briefs and publishing.
• Build scalable programmatic SEO frameworks and internal-linking systems with Product and Engineering.
• Own technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals and site health.
• Drive ASO across Google Play and App Store, including keyword optimization and organic installs.
• Explore AEO/GEO and AI search optimization for emerging platforms.
• Analyze organic performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog and app analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, Design and Analytics teams to scale organic growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve Search User Conversion Revenue.

We are looking for an SEO & Organic Growth Manager to build and scale Sri Mandir's organic growth across Website SEO, ASO and emerging AI search platforms.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end organic growth strategy across SEO and ASO, with accountability for organic users, conversions and revenue.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy across Technical SEO, Content SEO, On-page, Off-page and Programmatic SEO.
• Identify and scale high-intent search opportunities across Puja, Chadhava, Temples, Deities, Festivals, Tithis, Mantras, Astrology and other spiritual categories.
• Own the SEO content strategy and content writer team , including content planning, briefs, publishing and performance optimization.
• Build scalable programmatic SEO frameworks , information architecture and internal-linking systems in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Own technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals and site health.
• Drive ASO across Google Play and App Store, including keyword optimization, app-store conversion and organic installs.
• Explore AEO/GEO and AI search optimization to improve Sri Mandir's visibility across emerging search and AI platforms.
• Analyse organic performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog and app analytics tools.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Design and Analytics teams to build scalable organic growth initiatives.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the journey from Search User Conversion Revenue.

What We Are Looking For

• 4-6 years of hands-on SEO experience , preferably in consumer internet, e-commerce, D2C, marketplace or content-led businesses.
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, Programmatic SEO and On-page SEO.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience managing or leading SEO content writers.
• Hands-on experience with ASO is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to connect SEO performance with users, conversions and revenue.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or equivalent.
• Understanding of AEO/GEO and AI-powered search is a plus.
• Strong ownership, execution and problem-solving mindset.
