Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
• SEM & Paid Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, paid search campaigns, and other performance marketing activities.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, including link building and website optimization.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant tools.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular performance reports, monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across digital platforms.
• Technical SEO: Identify and address technical SEO issues related to website speed, indexing, crawling, site structure, and user experience.
• Algorithm & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, and evolving SEO and SEM best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably with exposure to SEM and paid search campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and paid search campaign management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to independently manage SEO initiatives and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at Malad West, Mumbai, six days a week.
• Immediate joiners are preferred and required.
