Job summary

Pharmizza Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a Team Leader - SEO to steer end-to-end SEO campaigns and mentor a growing team. You will coordinate with content, design, and development to boost SERP rankings and organic traffic.

The role emphasizes on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, extensive analytics, and monthly performance reporting. Prior pharma or healthcare exposure is a plus; on-site position in Mumbai (Marol-Andheri).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience as an SEO Team Leader.
• Total SEO experience of 5–6 years.
• Expertise in On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO.
• Strong command of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

• Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends.
