Job summary

Ikigai Infotech LLP is seeking an experienced SEO leader to transform organic search into a revenue engine. You will own end-to-end SEO strategy, from technical audits to AI-driven content mapping, aligning with business KPIs like signups and MRR.

The role requires deep technical SEO, familiarity with AI tools, programmatic SEO, and hands-on experience with WordPress and custom stacks. You’ll collaborate with product marketing, design, and analytics teams to drive sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO (preferably B2B SaaS, not blogs-for-backlinks type).
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic → signups → paid conversions.
• Deep technical SEO understanding — sitemaps, schema, log analysis, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with AI tools and LLM frameworks to automate SEO workflows and content ops.
• Hands-on with programmatic SEO, website architecture, and landing page systems (WordPress and custom stacks).
• Comfort with data and tools — from GA4 and GSC to Looker, Ahrefs, or Mixpanel.
• Obsessed with clean data, crisp execution, and compounding growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO/AEO strategy end-to-end — audits, content clusters, growth loops, on-page excellence.
• Oversee website development & programmatic SEO with focus on structure, speed, schema.
• Build AI-driven workflows using ChatGPT, LLMOps, and data enrichment for keyword discovery.
• Manage content optimization pipelines with internal and external teams (content and design).
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and SERP shifts; translate into growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product marketing, design, and analytics to align SEO with KPIs (signups, activations, MRR).
• Monitor, report, and improve performance using Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, Screaming Frog, Surfer.
