Cloud Converge is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our organic search strategy and drive growth in traffic and conversions. You will own technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, and mentor a growing team.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SEO expertise, strong knowledge of analytics tools, and the ability to collaborate across content, development, product, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SEO across technical, on-page and off-page.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic search strategy and drive sustainable growth in website traffic, lead generation, and online visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, content optimization, and analytics, along with experience managing SEO projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize On-Page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure, and URL architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, and Google Keyword Planner.
• Strong knowledge of website architecture, indexing, crawling, redirects, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
• Experience optimizing website performance and Core Web Vitals.
• Proven ability to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.

• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems.

Preferred Qualifications
