Job summary

CS Groups is seeking an SEO Executive to humanize AI-assisted content, optimize pages, and build a strong organic presence for our B2B consulting brands. You will work hands-on with the internal team across CS Groups Consultation and CS Groups Main Website to transform AI drafts into engaging, rank-ready content.

Core duties include on-page, off-page and technical SEO, WordPress publishing, backlink monitoring, and GSC/GA4 tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical).
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• WP/WordPress experience for content publishing and optimization.
• Experience with B2B or consulting brand websites preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

Drive organic growth for CS Groups — humanize AI content, optimize pages, and build a strong SEO foundation for our B2B consulting brand. We are looking for an SEO Executive who brings genuine human creativity to content — someone who can take an AI-assisted draft and transform it into deeply engaging, search-optimised content that ranks and converts. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role where you will work closely with our internal team across CS Groups Consultation and CS Groups Main Website — two B2B consulting properties that need strong organic presence.

What you’ll do

• Take AI-generated content drafts and convert them into high-quality, human-first, SEO-optimised blogs and articles
• Collaborate with the internal content team to add depth, real insight, and strategic keyword placement to every piece
• Publish and manage content across the website and LinkedIn Articles
• Revamp existing service pages through competitor research, copy improvement, and full on-page optimisation
• Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures (H1, H2, H3), and internal linking
• Build and monitor quality backlinks — track DA, placement, and performance over time
• Manage Google Search Console — monitor technical health, keyword rankings, and indexing issues
• Develop and execute Off-Page SEO strategies tailored for B2B consulting brands
• Deliver monthly performance reports covering traffic metrics, keyword movements, backlinks acquired, and recommendations
• Work within a time-based workflow — tasks allocated weekly with clear turnaround expectations

What we’re looking for

• Hands‑on experience in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
• Strong command over Google Search Console and GA4
• Ability to write and refine SEO content — not just optimise, but genuinely improve quality
• Experience working on B2B or consulting brand websites preferred
• WordPress knowledge required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

Key target — what success looks like

Within the first 3 months, CS Groups Consultation should show measurable improvement in organic keyword rankings, improved page-level SEO scores, and a consistent pipeline of human-quality content going live every week.

A day in this role

Morning: Review daily tasks, check Google Search Console for alerts or ranking drops

Midday: Work on content humanization, on-page optimisations, or service page revamps

Evening: Update task progress, share work for internal review, coordinate with the team
