Job summary

SUDHA SOLUTIONS in Borivali, Mumbai is seeking an SEO professional to join our on-site GEO/SEO team. With 2–3 years of hands-on experience, you will manage client accounts, run off-page campaigns, and develop high-quality backlinks to improve rankings and organic traffic.

You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement keyword strategies, technical fixes, and performance reporting using Semrush, GA4, and Search Console. Mumbai commuting is expected.

Experience: 2–3 years

We’re looking for a proactive, self-driven SEO professional to join our SEO and GEO team. You’ll manage SEO tasks across client accounts, build relevant backlinks, analyse performance, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

This is an on‑site position at our Borivali office in Mumbai. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office regularly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns focused on high-quality, relevant backlinks.
• Conduct competitor research, backlink analysis, and link gap analysis.
• Manage outreach, publisher coordination, and link‑building follow‑ups.
• Work on keyword research, content optimisation, internal linking, metadata, and site structure.
• Identify technical SEO issues involving crawling, indexing, sitemaps, redirects, canonicals, and basic schema; coordinate fixes with the team.
• Analyse rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and conversions using Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Prepare clear reports with insights, actionable recommendations, and next steps.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on updates, inputs, approvals, and deadlines.
• Maintain task trackers and follow through across multiple client accounts.
• Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) / AI Search experiments and document learnings.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and the evolving AI search landscape.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or across multiple client accounts.
• Strong practical experience in off‑page SEO, backlink research, and outreach.
• Good understanding of on‑page and technical SEO.
• Working knowledge of Semrush, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console; Ahrefs familiarity is a plus.
• An analytical mindset and ability to turn data into practical actions.
• Clear written and verbal communication for client and team coordination.
• Good organisation, attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and reliable follow‑through.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn and test new ideas.
• Prior AEO/GEO experience is a plus. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
