Job Purpose

The Growth Executive – Organic (SEO + GEO) is responsible for driving sustainable organic growth across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Google SGE, Gemini, and Perplexity.

• Execute organic growth strategies across SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Optimize visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
• Conduct keyword research, intent mapping, and opportunity analysis
• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Optimize content for AI-led answers, conversational queries, and zero-click discovery
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO- and GEO-friendly content
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering speed, mobile, and crawlability
• Implement schema, structured data, and entity-based optimization
• Perform competitor and market analysis across search and AI platforms

Education, Experience & Competencies

Education Critical Competencies

Required: Graduation and Preferred Master Degree.

Technical & Skill Set

• 2-4 years of experience in SEO or organic growth
• Awareness of AI-driven search and GEO concepts preferred
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building
• Familiarity with CMS platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
