IAE is seeking a skilled and proactive SEO Executive to drive organic search growth, improve website rankings, and increase online reach. The core focus of this role is executing end-to-end Search Engine Optimizationencompassing keyword research, on-page optimization, technical site audits, and search performance tracking. The position also supports the broader team with secondary digital initiatives, including content writing and basic graphic design for marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (Core Function)

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to discover high-intent target queries for institutional offerings, programs, and updates.
• Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures, URL slugs, alt text, and internal link architecture.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits to detect and resolve crawl errors, 404s, broken links, redirect loops, and indexing issues.
• Monitor website health, search visibility, and user behaviour using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and conversion trends to produce monthly analytical reports and optimization roadmaps.
• Implement ethical link-building, local SEO optimization, and external citation strategies.

2. Additional & Supporting Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Draft and optimize blog posts, website copy, landing page content, and promotional write-ups aligned with target keywords and search intent.
• Graphic Design Support: Design clean, branded digital creatives and banners using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop for social media, newsletters, and promotional announcements.
• Digital Support: Coordinate regular posts across social media channels and support basic email campaign execution when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field).
• Experience: 25 years of dedicated hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• SEO Tools: Strong practical proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics and industry tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or Screaming Frog).
• CMS Knowledge: Experience updating and managing on-page content within WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Core Strengths: Solid analytical thinking, strong written English communication, detail orientation, and agility in adapting to search engine algorithm updates.
