Job summary

BYLD Group is seeking a motivated SEO Executive to drive organic search strategy and optimize content across GEO and AI-powered discovery platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and analytics to improve rankings and leads.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of SEO experience, familiarity with WordPress, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and a data-driven mindset. This position offers growth in a collaborative environment with health benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing data-driven SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and leads.
• Support AEO efforts to capture featured snippets and zero-click results.
• Support GEO initiatives to improve brand visibility in AI-generated responses.
• Conduct keyword research, intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimize on-page elements including content structure, metadata, and internal linking.
• Perform routine technical SEO checks (crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonical tags).
• Coordinate with developers/content teams to implement structured data (FAQ, Article, Product, HowTo).
• Track rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversions; prepare performance reports.

We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive to support and execute our organic search strategy. This role requires a working knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to help improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in driving organic traffic and keyword rankings while supporting technical SEO, content optimization, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing data-driven SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and leads.
• Support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts to help capture featured snippets, voice search, and zero-click results.
• Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to improve brand visibility in AI-generated search responses.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimize on-page elements including content structure, metadata, internal linking, headings, and basic schema markup.
• Perform routine technical SEO checks (crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonical tags) and monitor Core Web Vitals/page speed.
• Coordinate with developers/content teams to implement structured data (FAQ, Article, Product, HowTo schema).
• Support link-building activities under the guidance of senior SEO team members.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversion performance; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of SEO experience with demonstrable on-page and off-page contributions
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building
• Basic understanding of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization concepts
• Solid grasp of keyword research, search intent, and SERP analysis
• Analytics proficiency: GA4 and Google Search Console
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication and collaboration skills
