We are looking for an SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, optimize content for AI-powered search, and drive client results with data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising.
Strong fundamentals of SEO and best practices.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn Ads.
Knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and GTM.
Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Manage SEO campaigns, optimize websites and content for modern search engines and AI platforms.
Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation.
Implement on-page, technical and off-page SEO enhancements and track performance.
Develop content strategies for AI-generated search results and schema-driven pages.
Monitor rankings, traffic, and ROAS; adjust budgets and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple digital marketing channels while gaining hands‑on experience with the latest developments in search and AI-driven marketing.

Job Overview

We are looking for an SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage SEO campaigns, optimize websites and content for modern search engines and AI platforms, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, along with a strong understanding of emerging search trends such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Key Responsibilities

SEO

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis
Perform on‑page SEO optimization for websites and landing pages
Identify and implement technical SEO improvements
Develop and execute off‑page SEO and link‑building strategies
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance
Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and search performance
Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations

AEO & GEO

Optimize website content for AI‑driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity
Develop content strategies designed for AI-generated search results
Create and optimize FAQ sections and structured content
Implement schema markup and structured data
Apply Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies
Explore Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) opportunities to improve brand visibility across AI search platforms

Google Ads

Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research
Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and cost per acquisition
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for performance improvement
Set up and monitor conversion tracking

Meta Ads

Create and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Develop audience segments and retargeting campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and key advertising metrics
Test different audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies
Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and overall ROI

Required Skills

2+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO and paid advertising
Strong practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals and best practices
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Basic understanding of LinkedIn Ads
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
Understanding of technical SEO concepts
Knowledge of keyword research, on‑page SEO, off‑page SEO, and link building
