You will grow engagement, write LinkedIn posts, develop case studies, and help generate meaningful business conversations through personal branding and strategic content across channels.

Collaborate with SEO, graphics, video, PR and leadership teams to maintain a consistent content pipeline and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Content Writing, LinkedIn Marketing, Social Media, or Personal Branding.
• Strong writing and editing skills, especially for LinkedIn and short-form content.
• Portfolio showcasing LinkedIn or Personal Branding work.

The Role

As our LinkedIn & Content Specialist, you'll own Helo.ai's LinkedIn presence and the personal brands of our leadership and sales teams. You'll create compelling content, grow engagement, build credibility, and help generate meaningful business conversations through LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Management

• Manage LinkedIn for Helo.ai and leadership/sales profiles.
• Grow followers and engagement.
• Respond to comments and drive meaningful conversations.
• Create content targeted towards our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Identify inbound opportunities and lead-generation prospects.

Personal Branding

• Ghostwrite thought leadership content for founders and leadership.
• Build an authentic voice for each individual.
• Maintain a consistent content pipeline.

Content Writing

• Write LinkedIn posts.
• Create social media content.
• Develop case studies.
• Write website content.
• Draft email content.
• Ensure high-quality grammar, formatting, and clarity.

Content Calendar

• Manage the LinkedIn, social media, and email content calendar.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

Trend Research

• Stay updated with LinkedIn, content marketing, and social media trends.
• Bring fresh content ideas and best practices.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the SEO team.
• Coordinate with the Graphics & Video team.
• Collaborate with PR and Leadership teams.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Content Writing, LinkedIn Marketing, Social Media, or Personal Branding
• Strong writing and editing skills, especially for LinkedIn and short-form content
• Proven experience in growing LinkedIn presence and engagement
• Experience In Ghostwriting For Founders Or Leadership (Preferred)
• Understanding of ICP targeting and lead magnets (Good to have)
• Comfortable using AI tools while maintaining a natural human tone
• Portfolio showcasing LinkedIn or Personal Branding work
