The Role You’ll Play

As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy conversational AI and automation solutions across WhatsApp and digital engagement platforms.

Your Role Will Focus On

• Design chatbot workflows using NLP and Generative AI
• Build assistants for automated customer engagement
• Improve intent detection and response quality through prompt engineering
• Optimize conversation flows for scalability and performance

LLM & Model Integration

• Integrate LLM APIs into production‑ready systems
• Design prompt pipelines and response orchestration logic
• Improve contextual accuracy through dataset refinement
• Implement structured response generation for enterprise workflows

Automation & Platform Integration

• Integrate AI workflows with CRM systems and CPaaS platforms
• Deploy automation across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Voice channels
• Build API‑driven orchestration pipelines
• Support monitoring and optimization of AI workflows

Solution Architecture Contribution

• Translate business requirements into AI‑powered automation solutions
• Design scalable conversational architectures
• Support deployment across cloud environments
• Improve reliability and performance of AI services
