Job summary

Fortuna Retail is seeking an experienced SEO professional to lead on-page and off-page optimization, analytics, and content strategy across our digital channels.

You will partner with marketing, product, IT, and content teams to drive visibility, traffic, and conversion. A 3–8 year track record in SEO with strong technical and content skills is required, along with a graduate degree.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Oversee on-page optimization activities, including content optimization, metadata optimization, and website structure improvements. Manage off- page optimization efforts, such as link building, outreach campaigns, and partnerships, to increase domain authority and back link profile.

2. Technical SEO and Site Performance: Collaborate with the IT and web development teams to ensure website technical elements are optimized for search engines (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl ability). Conduct regular site audits to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Content Strategy and Optimization: Develop a content strategy aligned with SEO objectives,customer needs, and brand messaging. Oversee the creation, optimization, and publication of high-quality, SEO-friendly content across various digital channels (e.g., website, blog, social media).

4. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies and tactics. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate SEO performance, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, product, and IT, to integrate SEO best practices into overall business initiatives. Partner with paid search, social media, and other digital marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Any Graduate(Preffered B.tech/BCA/B.Sc(Computer/Maths/IT and similar)

Minimum of 3-8 years of experience
