About the role
As the SEO and AEO Analyst at Amuse Labs, you'll own and execute a high-impact organic growth strategy that drives qualified traffic, product sign-ups, and revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines SEO expertise, analytical thinking, experimentation, and strong execution—and is excited about the evolving world of AI-powered search and answer engines.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end SEO and AEO strategy for amuselabs.com with a focus on organic visibility, qualified traffic, sign-ups, and revenue
- Identify and capture high-intent searches by our customers and community (puzzle makers, publishers, educators, marketers and HR professionals)
- Conduct keyword, search-intent, SERP, competitor, and content-gap research to identify scalable growth opportunities
- Build content strategies, topic clusters, and search-focused roadmaps aligned with business goals, product priorities, and customer journeys
- Optimize landing pages, product pages, blogs, and solution pages for rankings, CTR, conversions, featured snippets, and AI-powered search visibility
- Apply AEO/GEO best practices to improve content discoverability, structure, entity understanding, and visibility across emerging answer-engine experiences
- Lead technical SEO initiatives like crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, canonicalization, sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data
- Run SEO/AEO experiments and use data to improve rankings, organic CTR, qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Analyze competitors, search trends, SERP features, and AI search experiences to identify content, technical, and visibility opportunities
- Collaborate with paid marketing teams to improve funnel performance
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or product- led businesses
- Proven ability to grow organic traffic, qualified leads, product sign-ups, pipeline, or revenue
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, search intent, content strategy, and competitor analysis
- Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and AI-powered search, including structured content, entity optimization, Schema.org, and direct-answer experiences
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and SEO/AEO reporting/analytics tools
- Experience working with CMS platforms; WordPress experience is a plus
- International exposure, international SEO, multilingual content, or knowledge of multiple languages is a plus

Salary Range: 18-25 LPA CTC, based on experience, with fast growth for high performers.
