Anlage Infotech, on behalf of NTT DATA, seeks a Senior Workday Payroll Support Consultant for a long-term engagement in India. Immediate joiners / 10 days max joiners only. 5 days a week in the office at Bangalore, Hyderabad or Noida. 2 interviews required.

Requires 6-10+ years in HRIS/payroll with 4+ years in Workday Payroll support, Level 2/3 support, data validation, and strong issue resolution skills. Knowledge of regulatory payroll and audits is essential.

Position Overview: Senior Workday Payroll Support Consultant

Experience: 6 - 10+ Years

Shift Time: 1 - 11pm

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida - 5 days office

Must Have Skills:

1. 610+ years of HRIS, Payroll Systems, or Payroll Operations experience and 4+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll support experience.
2. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Workday Payroll and related modules.
3. Investigate and resolve payroll processing issues, calculation discrepancies, integration failures, and data quality concerns.
4. Manage support tickets, service requests, and incidents in accordance with established SLAs.
5. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective and preventive solutions.
6. Support payroll processing activities including payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, retroactive adjustments, and off-cycle payrolls.
7. Ensure payroll configurations align with business policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Support payroll period-end activities, payroll balancing, reconciliation, and audit processes.
9. Assist payroll teams with payroll validation and payroll sign-off activities.
10. Configure and maintain payroll elements, earning codes, deduction plans, payroll calculations, costing allocations, payroll schedules, and payroll business processes.
11. Support implementation of payroll changes resulting from organizational, legislative, or business requirements.
12. Maintain payroll-related security roles and access controls.
13. Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements and Support internal and external payroll audits.
14. Support payroll-related integrations between Workday and third-party systems, including: Time and Attendance Systems, Benefits Providers, Finance and ERP Systems, Banking Interfaces and Tax and Regulatory Agencies
15. Coordinate troubleshooting of inbound and outbound payroll integrations and Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error resolution activities.
16. Develop and maintain payroll reports, dashboards, and audit controls using Workday reporting tools.
17. Support payroll reconciliation, compliance reporting, statutory reporting, and management reporting requirements.
18. Assess Workday bi-annual releases for payroll impacts.
19. Lead payroll testing activities, including: Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT. Document test results and coordinate issue resolution activities.
20. Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Benefits, Time Tracking, and IT teams to support business operations.
21. Workday Payroll Expertise in Workday Payroll, Payroll Processing and Administration, Payroll Configuration, Payroll Calculations, Payroll Costing, Retro Payroll Processing, Payroll Auditing and Reconciliation and Payroll Security
22. Experience supporting multiple country payrolls and global payroll operations and Knowledge of payroll integrations and third-party payroll providers.
23. Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and People Analytics.
24. Understanding of payroll tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

Additional Requirements

1. Must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
2. Must be able to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad.
3. Flexibility to support business-critical activities, including financial close cycles, production deployments, and system upgrades outside regular business hours when required.
