Job summary

Simfluent is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to design and build integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and Document Transformation.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, contribute to testing and production support, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring reliable, scalable integrations across systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in information technology, software development, engineering, or relevant fields.
• 3+ years experience in integration development in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday EIB, Studio, Document Transformation and Cloud Connect.
• Experience testing integrations with scenarios and collaboration with business/vendors.
• Knowledge with Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, etc., or equivalent.
• Experience working with DevOps teams on implementing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/alerting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Workday integrations using Cloud Connects, Document Transformations, Enterprise Interface Builders, and Workday Studio for various functional areas including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting.
• Translate business process requirements into a detailed technical specification to meet business goals.
• Responsible for architectural documentation and reviewing the development of solutions specified in technical design.
• Participate in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support of cross-team integration efforts.
• Perform impact analysis, enhancements, change request, and product upgrades.
