Job summary

Abacus Service in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Windows Server Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security. You will troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP, and group policy issues while collaborating to implement scalable IT operations solutions using BigFix.

The role also requires developing SOPs and knowledge base articles to ensure consistency across the organization. 8–16 years of hands-on experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–16 years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.
• Experience with BigFix or similar automation tools.
• Ability to develop SOPs and knowledge base articles.
