Fluence Energy in Bengaluru (India) is seeking a Manager, Global Production Planning to lead end-to-end planning across all manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers, balancing demand, materials and capacity. You will own CTB reporting, provide executive visibility into production outlook and risks, and drive improvements in data quality, planning processes and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 8–12+ years in supply or production planning, with preference for CPIM/CSCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.

• Experience working with contract manufacturers and supplier networks.
• ASCM CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
