VARITE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Bangalore, seeks a VMWARE Consultant for a contract role to upgrade and maintain NSX/HCX with a focus on HCX upgrades and VCF/VMware expertise. This is a staff augmentation position within the Broadcom SDN Ops Team, requiring flexibility for UK shifts and possible weekend/on-call duties. Openings: 5.

The candidate will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful lifecycle maintenance and migrations.

Qualifications

• 15–25 years of relevant VMware and data center experience.
• Hands-on NSX/HCX/VCF/VMware deployment and upgrade experience.
• Experience with VCF9.x and vRA remediation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and maintain NSX and HCX components.
• Prepare for VCF9.1 and perform remediation.
• Support migration factory and HCX scenarios.
• Work in staff augmentation with Broadcom team.

About The Job:

• Role will be required to perform upgrades and general maintenance of NSX and HCX.
• Good knowledge of both products is needed (note HCX requires upgrade knowledge, not use of the tool to perform migrations).
• This is a staff augmentation role, working with the existing Broadcom team of 9 within the Brokerage Firm SDN Ops Team, under the customer's direction.
• Must be comfortable with working shift patterns and possible weekend/on-call activities.
