Job summary

HumanX is a strategic design studio focused on human-centered digital experiences. We seek a Senior Visual Designer to craft visual delight in product and communication interfaces and develop creative concepts for diverse clients.

You will translate brand strategy into visual directions, design systems, and high-fidelity prototypes while collaborating with strategists, UX designers, developers and clients to move ideas from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in UI, visual, digital or product design.
• Portfolio showing exceptional UI craft across websites and digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of people, culture and context and their influence on design.
• Distinct visual voice with typography, layout, hierarchy and interaction.

About the role:

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual delight in the digital interfaces we design, and develop creative concepts in the domain of product and communication design.

• Present your work with clarity, connecting design decisions back to the problem they solve.
• Contribute to critiques and raise the quality of work across the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-6 years of experience in UI, visual, digital or product design.
• A portfolio showing exceptional UI craft across websites, products or digital experiences.
• A sharp understanding of people, culture and context, and how they influence design decisions.
• A distinctive visual point of view, with strong command of typography, composition, hierarchy and interaction.
• A builder mindset; curious, experimental and comfortable turning ideas into working prototypes or experiences.
• Enough technical understanding to collaborate effectively with developers and design for what can actually be built.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend your thinking.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership and fast-moving environments.

Bonus If You:

• Have experience with motion, interaction design or advanced prototyping.
• Have built something outside a formal brief; a website, tool, experiment, prototype or side project.
• Have explored AI or unconventional design workflows.
