• Mastery of Figma (components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Expert at illustrative capabilities, such as iconography and digital illustrations.
• A clear, defensible design point of view and ability to articulate why design decisions work.
• Experience designing complex flows across desktop, mobile, and web.
• Strong systems thinking and pattern creation for reuse.
• Experience contributing to or building a design system.
• Enterprise Product Design Expertise with UX SaaS delivery.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions align with brand guidelines, enhance user experience, and meet business objectives.

• Extensive experience in System Design
• End to End enterprise Product Design for a B2B Client.
• 10+ years of experience in product, interaction— with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft and thoughtful interaction thinking.
• Mastery of Figma (components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping) and a strong command of
• Expert at illustrative capabilities, such as iconography and digital illustrations)
• A clear, defensible design point of view — you can articulate why something works, not just that it does
• Experience designing complex flows across multiple surfaces (desktop, mobile, web)
• Strong systems thinking - you design components with reuse in mind and can spot when a one-off needs to become a pattern
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity — you can define the problem, not just execute the brief
• A collaborative instinct with the ability to hold your ground when the design rationale is sound
• Experience contributing to or building a design system
• Enterprise Product Design Expertise – Proven experience in end-to-end product design, enterprise-scale solutioning, and UX SaaS delivery models.
• Strategic Client Engagement – Strong client-facing skills with exposure to workshops, storytelling, POVs, concept pitches, and prototyping.
• Consulting & Systems Thinking Mindset – Strategic thinker with an ownership mindset, capable of driving ambiguity, influencing decisions, and shaping outcomes beyond execution.
