Job summary

Earthful, a fast-growing FMCG startup, is seeking a highly creative designer to handle all branding collateral including website banners, packaging, and social media visuals. You will also perform basic video edits for marketing content and work closely with founding teams to maintain a cohesive brand language.

The role demands an eye for aesthetics, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic startup environment in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• High aesthetic sense to understand Earthful brand language.
• Basic video editing for branding and marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Design all branding collateral: website banners, packaging, social media posts, carousels, leaflets, etc.
• Edit and assemble simple branding videos for marketing content (Instagram Reels, ads).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and quality.

Earthful is looking for a highly creative and skilled individual to handle all design and editing work of Earthful brand collateral

Responsibilities

• Graphic Designing of all Branding collateral- website banners, packaging design, social media static posts, carousels, leaflets, etc
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively work cross-functionally with teams
• High Aesthetic sense to be able to understand Earthful brand language
• Basic video editing for all branding and marketing content (Instagram Reels, Ads,etc)

Skill Sets

• Basic Adobe Photoshopskills for Image editing
• Good Aesthetic sense in Design
• Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & Canvais a plus
