Job summary

Earthful is seeking a Marketing Intern to work directly with the founders on social media content, influencer marketing, and community engagement for a clean-label wellness brand in Mumbai. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to brand strategy, inorganic and organic growth tactics, and cross-channel campaigns.

You will participate in content creation, influencer outreach, and community building, with mentorship and a clear path to a full-time role for the right candidate.

Earthful is looking for a high-ownership, eager-to-learn Marketing Intern to work end-to-end across social media content, influencer marketing, community building, GEO, and brand campaigns — with direct exposure to the founders and real decision-making from day one.

What You'll Own

Social Media & Content: Assist in content creation across Instagram, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and other platforms

Influencer Marketing: Scout and shortlist influencers aligned with Earthful's positioning, support outreach and negotiation follow-ups, and coordinate deliverables from brief to publish. You'll get hands-on exposure to how influencer ROI is actually tracked and optimized, not just how it's pitched.

Community Creation & Engagement: Build and nurture Earthful's community through content — replying, engaging, and creating content formats that turn followers into an active, returning audience.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Help ensure Earthful shows up accurately when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity about clean-label wellness products.

Brand Campaigns: Assist end-to-end in planning and executing brand campaigns, from ideation to execution and results tracking.

Who We're Looking For

High ownership — you take a task and run with it; you don't wait to be told the next step

Eager to learn — you're comfortable being uncomfortable; you'll be doing things you haven't done before, often

Bias for action — you'd rather try something imperfectly and iterate than wait for the "perfect" brief

Genuine interest in wellness/D2C/marketing — this should excite you, not just look good on a resume

Strong written communication; comfort with tools like Canva, basic editing apps, and social scheduling tools is a plus (not mandatory — we'll teach you)
