Role Description

The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Kharar, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for planning, editing, and producing high-quality video content for digital campaigns, brand stories, social media, and promotional materials. Daily tasks include reviewing raw footage, assembling timelines, applying transitions and effects, performing color correction and sound synchronization, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to align video outputs with campaign goals. The Senior Video Editor will create motion graphics, integrate graphic assets, and optimize videos for various platforms and formats. The role also involves mentoring junior editors, maintaining organized project files, and contributing creative input to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.

Salary - INR 30-40K/ per month

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and the ability to manage end-to-end video workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Video Editing, including assembling footage, refining cuts, and optimizing pacing.
• Expertise in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-impact visual quality across projects.
• Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate visual elements, titles, and animations.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in creating video content for digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
• Strong storytelling, visual composition, and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret creative briefs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Several years of professional video editing experience; a portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work is required.
