Job summary

LITTROI Media is hiring a full-time Video Editor to turn conversations into engaging content. Focus areas include podcasts, long-form YouTube videos, trailers, and high-retention reels/shorts. Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual flow are essential.

The candidate will work on editing podcasts, YouTube content, and social clips, with on-site collaboration and fast revisions. Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred.

LITTROI Media is looking for a full-time Video Editor who can turn long conversations into content people actually want to watch.

This role is primarily focused on podcast editing, long-form YouTube content, trailers, and high-retention Reels/Shorts. We’re looking for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, audience retention, and visual presentation — not just basic cuts and captions.

What you’ll be working on:

• Editing long-form podcasts and YouTube videos
• Creating engaging Reels, Shorts, and podcast clips
• Editing trailers and teaser sequences
• Adding motion graphics, text animation, B-roll, sound design, and visual effects
• Improving pacing and retention throughout long-form content

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Experience editing podcasts, YouTube videos, or talking-head content
• Strong understanding of short-form content and social media editing
• Good sense of storytelling, timing, music, sound design, and visual flow
• Ability to take feedback and execute revisions quickly
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Podcast editing experience is highly preferred.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹60,000/month, depending on experience, editing quality, speed, and portfolio.

This is an on-site position.
