What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Good sense of visual timing, pacing, and storytelling.
• Understanding of formats for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Reliable system, good internet speed, and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in editing podcasts, interviews, or brand videos is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the team.
