Asymmetrique is seeking a Senior Video Designer (Creative Direction) who thinks in frames, motion, and systems, with a strong grip on AI-led workflows and platform-native storytelling. This role focuses on not just editing but designing video outputs that are performance-driven across digital platforms.

You will lead video execution, define pacing and hooks, and build scalable formats while collaborating with editors, motion designers, and strategy teams to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in video design / editing / motion / digital content.
• Strong visual thinker with composition, typography, color, motion.
• Deep understanding of editing rhythm, pacing, retention mechanics.
• Solution-led mindset focusing on problem solving through video.
• Clear understanding of YouTube and platform-native content formats.
• Ability to lead, guide, and elevate output quality.
