Mosaic Wellness seeks a creative Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our Thane team. You will edit raw footage, craft motion graphics, and produce engaging videos for social media, campaigns, and web assets.

The role requires 3+ years in the field, strong After Effects and Premiere Pro skills, and proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator. You will collaborate with marketing and design teams and explore AI-assisted creativity.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our team in Thane. The candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics. They should be able to create engaging videos, animations, and visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other digital platforms. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools such as Higgsfield, Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to improve the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage and create high quality videos.
• Create motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, and visual effects.
• Create short form and long form video content.
• Make videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, and graphics to videos.
• Create storyboards, design ideas, mood boards, and visual concepts.
• Design and animate text, logos, icons, illustrations, and infographics.
• Use AI tools such as Higgsfield, Gemini, and ChatGPT for ideas, scripts, storyboards, image generation, video generation, and other creative tasks.
• Work with the marketing, content, and design teams.
• Understand project briefs and turn them into clear and engaging videos.
• Make changes based on feedback from the team.
• Manage multiple projects and complete them on time.
• Organise video files, project files, templates, and other creative assets.
• Stay updated with new video trends, design styles, editing techniques, and AI tools.

Skills and Candidate Profile

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using AI tools such as
• Higgsfield, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of animation, typography, colours, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of video formats, frame rates, aspect ratios, and export settings.
• Ability to create content for different social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand feedback and make changes quickly

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI generated videos, images, voiceovers, or avatars.
• Knowledge of tools such as Runway,
• Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of 3D animation, video tracking, masking, rotoscoping, and green screen editing.
• Experience creating social media advertisements and promotional videos.
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, DaVinci
• Resolve, or Adobe Audition is an advantage

Candidate Profile
