Job summary

The AMP Labs in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer and Video Editor with 5–6 years of experience to craft compelling marketing collateral, social content, and property visuals. You will shoot on-site, edit using a range of Adobe tools, Canva, CapCut, and AI assistants while ensuring consistent branding and fast delivery.

Work will be in a cafe-style informal setup in Mumbai, starting early days; a strong portfolio and passion for visual storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant graphic design and video editing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral including social media creatives, brochures, property visuals, and decks.
• Edit video content such as reels, walkthroughs, ads, and testimonials.
• Shoot on-site using gimbals and mobile devices.
• Use CapCut for fast turnaround on short-form content.
• Leverage AI tools to speed ideation, scripting and content generation.
• Maintain consistent branding across outputs.
• Translate briefs from marketing and sales into high-quality work.
• Manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing
• Expert level command of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
• Strong working knowledge of CapCut
• Hands on ability to shoot content using gimbals, phones, and other mobile shooting devices
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Higgsfield as part of the daily workflow
• A strong, varied portfolio is mandatory to apply
• Willing to work out of a cafe based, informal setup in Mumbai
• Comfortable with an early start to the work day
• Strong sense of visual design, typography, and storytelling
• Clear communicator, able to interpret briefs accurately
