You will own the Retail P&L for several sub-categories and influence cross-functional teams to implement changes. The role emphasizes deep analysis, leading vendor marketing plans to maximize margins and customer experience, and driving negotiations to fuel growth while collaborating with internal tech teams on multi-system

• Manage multiple subcategories with increased complexity.
• Operate with significant autonomy and discretion; influence other retail and external teams.
• Dive deep into inputs and understand downstream impact on pricing, selection, and convenience for subcategories.
• Own the Retail P&L for multiple sub-categories; develop plans to drive revenue and margin improvement.
• Create strategic and prioritized vendor marketing plans that maximize margin dollars and customer experience.
• Drive strategic negotiations to deliver top- and bottom-line category growth for sub-categories.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate our customer experience from the competition; escalate findings for strategic planning.

7. Identifies opportunities to differentiate our customer experience from the competition; escalates findings to consider for strategic planning
8. Works with internal technical, cross- category, and tech teams to drive multi-system process changes.
