Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of UX design experience.
• Mastery of UX/UI design tools.

• Experience in multi-agent interactions with clear mental models.

Requirements

• Skills in orchestrating and iterating LLM-assisted workflows with sound human judgment on outputs
• Capability to convert ambiguous problem spaces into coherent, testable experience frameworks
• Competency in contributing to design systems, interaction patterns, and heuristics at the framework level
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward making rather than waiting
• Flexibility to shift between production-ready delivery and foundational framework definition
