Job summary

Allegis Group in Chennai, India, seeks a senior UX/Product/Interaction Design leader to shape next-generation Agentic AI experiences. You will own end-to-end design for AI-enabled workflows, from task delegation to governance, across copilots, multi-agent interactions and human-in-the-loop patterns.

Collaborating with Product, Data Science and Engineering, you will translate enterprise processes into scalable design systems, conduct research and journey mapping, and help define the AI experience

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design or Experience Design.
• Strong background in enterprise UX, complex workflows and business process transformation.
• Hands-on expertise in UX Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Design Thinking, Journey Mapping and Information Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents and Agentic AI.
• Practical understanding of RAG, conversational AI, multi-agent systems and prompt design.
• Understanding of human-AI interaction including delegation, autonomy, monitoring, intervention and AI trust.
• Experience designing AI-powered products, copilots, intelligent workflows or agentic experiences is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Figma; Miro/FigJam experience is a plus.
