Job summary

Job Description

VComply is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a vital role in creating intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces for our software products. You will have the power to shape the user experience of our innovative software products, making them not just functional, but downright magical. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product managers, developers, and graphic designers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and gather requirements for new features or enhancements.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers and design team members to define and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistent user experience across products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continually iterate and improve designs based on user insights.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., graphic design, human‑computer interaction, or related).
• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally working on enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
