• Strong understanding of US accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working US shift hours (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST).
• Prior experience working with US-based companies or clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger and ensure accurate, audit-ready financial records.
• Review and approve customer invoicing; oversee AR and collections.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), vendor invoices and payment scheduling.
• Lead bank and account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Manage financial reporting and close processes.

Theteam includes around 200 people in the US and 13–15 people at its Surat, Gujarat office,plus a distributed remote team, with its own production house and manufacturing facilityin Surat.

The Role

This is a high-ownership opportunity for a senior accounting professional who wants torun the full accounting cycle, not just support it. As our clients Senior US Accountant,youll own general ledger accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close for afast-growing, multi-brand US e-commerce business, working from Surat during USbusiness hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger and ensure accurate, audit-ready financial records inQuickBooks
