Job summary

Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, Mumbai, seeks a Senior UI/UX Developer – Consultant to lead the design and front-end experience of complex digital products. The role blends user-centric design thinking with hands-on development and requires collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and front-end implementation.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Experience building responsive and scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms, from concept to final implementation.
• Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer – Consultant who can lead the design and front-end experience of complex digital products. This role requires a strong balance of user-centric design thinking, UI/UX best practices, and hands-on development skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms, from concept to final implementation.
• Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards across products.

Front-End Development

• Develop and implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components.

User Research & Usability

• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user research to improve product experience.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to drive continuous UX improvements.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor junior designers/developers where required.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Quality & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and front-end technologies.
• Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across all user-facing products.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
