Job Overview

The Senior Transformation Analyst drives data‑informed decision‑making across the organization by monitoring performance against strategic transformation goals. The role partners with Finance, People, and Operational Excellence teams to support the delivery of impactful reporting, dashboard development, and analysis aligned with enterprise priorities such as cost optimization, productivity, and headcount planning.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enterprise transformation efforts.
• Maintain predictive models from disparate datasets to support strategic decisions such as revenue burn analysis, employee turnover, and headcount forecasting.
• Support the design of executive‑level reporting packs, surfacing relevant trends and data insights.
• Analyze workforce, cost, and operational data to uncover drivers of performance and areas of opportunity.
• Partner with Finance and People teams to ensure consistent use of data and alignment on core business metrics.
• Support business case development through financial modeling, ROI calculations, and comparative analysis of options and outcomes to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Assist in maintaining standardized data models and definitions across multiple data sources and teams.
• Contribute to scenario modeling and ad‑hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Communicate findings in a clear and compelling way, both visually and verbally.
• Expert utilization of PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable presenting data outcomes and trends to executive leaders.
