• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; commercial real estate accounting experience preferred; CPA or equivalent (or progress toward) is a plus.

• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on clear documentation and cross-team coordination.
