Job summary

EXL is seeking a RTR Operations professional in Noida, India. The role involves daily recording of accounting transactions, period close activities, and comprehensive reconciliations.

You will handle bank reconciliations, intercompany items, and fixed assets while ensuring accuracy for audits. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Finance & Accounts, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and management accounting concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Perform variety of accounting functions related to daily recording of accounting transactions, financial period close activities, reconciliations and reporting
• Preparation of bank reconciliations and communicate to finance departments on variances and resolve
• Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations; Intercompany reconciliations and close
• Recording and maintenance of Fixed Assets; FA sub-ledger to GL reconciliations
• Month-end close activities, posting of journals, recording prepayments / accruals
• Maintain data and records in accordance with accounting standards & principles and provide accounting records for internal/external audits

Essential Functions

FA Sub ledger to General ledger reconciliations.Follow-up with lines of business and stakeholders for closure of accounting open items.Month-end close activities, Posting of journals, Recording Prepayments / AccrualsFair understanding of Actual_vs_Budget_vs_Forecast, Variance & Margin Analysis with legitimate commentaryAll type of B/S Reconciliation and AnalysisSales, Purchase & Stock ReconciliationStakeholder query handling and managementMaintain data and records in accordance with accounting standards & principles and provide accounting records for review by internal and external audits. ;
