Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Trainer – Operation Theatre, based in Nagpur. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions for Operation Theatre technicians and medical staff. Additional responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting workshops, assessing trainees, and ensuring that the training aligns with the latest industry standards and protocols. The position may also require coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring junior trainers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the training program.
