Overview
Senior Traffic Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day workflow coordination, task prioritization, and execution monitoring across Content, Search (SEO), and new website development work. This role ensures work moves efficiently through the system, dependencies are managed, and stakeholders stay informed. This is a hands-on operations role, not a strategy or people-management position. Success enables senior leaders to focus on strategy, product integration, and organizational planning.
Responsibilities
- Own intake, prioritization, and tracking of work across recurring content initiatives and Siteflow-related development needs
- Manage transactional workflow tasks, deadlines, and dependencies across writers, SEO resources, and development teams
- Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, or slippage
- Manage revision workflows, including tracking feedback, coordinating updates with writers, and ensuring completion
- Support initial development projects and ongoing live-site content needs
- Coordinate recurring content production and Siteflow execution requirements
- Implement against defined navigation best practices and sitemap structures
- Execute on page- and content-level priorities as outlined by Content and Search leadership
- Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or implementation issues for review
- Manage Siteflow-related bug reports, including intake, tracking, and follow-up
- Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to writers and other stakeholders
- Maintain visibility into issue status and ownership
- Act as the operational point of contact between Content, Search, Onboarding and Development
- Provide clear status updates and escalation summaries as needed
- Ensure workflows are followed consistently and standards are upheld
What This Role Is NOT
- Define SEO or content strategy
- Own product roadmap decisions
- Manage people
- Act as the final decision-maker on priorities (those are defined by leadership)
This role executes, coordinates, and enforces defined processes and priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in digital operations, delivery coordination, or traffic/project coordination
- Experience working in digital agencies or web-focused environments
- Strong understanding of content workflows, revision cycles, and web publishing processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfort working with US-based stakeholders and time zones
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to SEO and website development workflows
- Experience coordinating across content, SEO, and development teams
- Familiarity with tools such as: Project/workflow tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.), CMS or web delivery environments, ticketing or bug-tracking systems
- Experience enforcing SLAs, workflows, or operational standards

- Workflows are clearly tracked, visible, and consistently followed
- Content and Siteflow work moves with fewer delays and less rework
- Writers and delivery teams receive timely, clear direction and updates
- Leadership experiences a meaningful reduction in day-to-day coordination and follow-up
- Risks and blockers are surfaced early with clear context

Position Details
- Compensation: ₹18-20 LPA
- Position Type: Full-time, Salaried
- Work Location: This position is fully remote to start, but there is a chance this position will be called back to the office in Bangalore. We will prioritize candidates located in Bangalore or willing to relocate there.
- Travel: May require occasional local or national travel (less than 5% of the time, if at all)
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use typical office equipment
