Job summary

Apple India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Accountant to join a global team and support total rewards benefits and compensation processes with a focus on control and compliance.

You will collaborate with regional and local teams, drive process improvements, automate tasks, and deliver value through global alignment, reporting to the Global Total Rewards Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• US GAAP experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

• Strong SAP & Excel skills are essential.

You will play an active and senior role in aiming to automate, acquire new tasks, and add value to the global team and H2R.
