We are looking for a Senior QA with strong hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end testing and a deep understanding of product quality. This role requires someone who takes ownership of quality, collaborates effectively within cross‑functional product teams, and actively contributes, not just assigns work. You should be comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and be capable of identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring high‑quality releases.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end‑to‑end manual testing across multiple features and releases.
• Design, create, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Agile & Sprint Ownership

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Create, plan, and manage testing sprints, ensuring clear prioritization and timely execution of QA activities.
• Align testing timelines with development sprints to ensure smooth and predictable releases.
• Track sprint-level QA progress, identify risks early, and ensure on‑time delivery of testing milestones.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve testing efficiency, test coverage, and defect detection.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into testing workflows (e.g., test case generation, bug analysis, defect prediction).
• Bring prior experience of implementing or using AI in testing or QA processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to clarify requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Proactively identify gaps in processes, requirements, or test coverage and suggest and implement improvements.
• Take full ownership of quality outcomes, not just testing activities.
• Mentor and guide testers, ensuring adherence to best practices and improving overall team quality.
• Demonstrate working knowledge and hands‑on experience in automation testing to support and enhance QA processes.
